15 minute Phone Consultation: No charge.
60 minute Initial Intake Session: $225.00
53+ minute Individual Psychotherapy Session: $175.00
45 minute Individual Psychotherapy Session: $150.00
Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and checks. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Moda, Sana, Sendero/Idealcare, TriWest Healthcare, UMR and United Healthcare (United Behavioral Health/Optum/Oscar). Under some circumstances, I am able to accept Tricare, particularly if it is secondary to Medicare. If I do not accept your insurance plan, I am happy to verify and file for out-of-network benefits or assist you by providing you with any statements, receipts, or forms necessary for you to receive an out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.
